Dad's Memories
When my father, Aaron Huseby (1920-1992) suffered a stroke, he started writing his memories from growing up on a farm north of Adams, Minnesota, as therapy. I have started adding those memories to this site. It is a work in progress. Genealogy All genealogy information that I have gathered for the past forty years is included in my Ancestry.com site. There is a page on this site to give you an idea of my genealogy addiction. Torgerson Memories My grandmother, Clara Lewison Torgerson (1893-1987), loved to travel. In 1952, she took a European trip. Her trip was chronicled in the local paper, The Adams Review. I have added the story to this site. My uncle, Sydney Torgerson (1919-1942) died in World War II. When his personal effects were returned to his family, there was a journal that he had kept while he was in the Marines. I have created a page on this site for that journal. I have also added historical information and images to the journal. Travels I enjoy traveling and have started adding information about the trips my family has taken. Again, that is a work in progress. |
